culinary expert, creative mind & originator
For over 25 years his great passion has been the culinary arts and hospitality. Having studied culinary management and business administration in the USA and Singapore, Rohrmoser has gained experience working in Germany, England, the United Arab Emirates and the USA. He furthermore spent almost 10 years in Asia (Singapore and South Korea), serving as professor at the renowned University for Hospitality.
He gained international experience as master chef, patissier, barista and wine expert, was a chef and later head chef in premium five-star hotels such as Hyatt, Kempinski, Savoy London, Harrod’s or InterContinental.
Rohrmoser accompanied many hotel and restaurant openings, planned kitchens and has developed many new food concepts.
Harald Rohrmoser is a culinary perfectionist driven by the ambition to inspire his guests.
